NCR Books are printed in full colour or Black and white - all for the same price. Printed with your company details, NCR books create multiple copies so that you can give your customer a copy, and keep a copy for your own records. All sheets can be perforated or have the bottom copy not perforated then this remains in the book for your records. Each book has 50 sets per book and a writing shield card to protect. All sheets in the NCR books are printed with your bespoke company details on. Printed using self carbonising NCR paper meaning the 2nd, 3rd and 4th sheet are an instant copy of the top sheet without the need for carbon paper. The books are printed 1 or 2-sided, enabling you to add on the reverse your terms and conditions. Printed at no extra cost in single or full colour. Each set in the NCR books can have a unique number to enable you to find the duplicate copy instantly. Usually the top copy sheets are perforated to let you remove them and bottom sheet, not perforated, would remain in the book for your records. Material
We use 80gms self carbonising paper for our NCR products. This is available in white, green, blue, pink and yellow, also available is a 170gms card. NCR books contain 50 NCR sets in each book.
Book Binding
NCR books are stapled in 50 sets per book and can be stapled at the top or side. The have a strawboard back and a manilla card cover. An insert sheet is supllied under the first set to prevent the lower sets from marking, this is moved down each time you use a set.
Numbering
NCR books can be sequentially numbered anywhere on the sheet. The number can start at any number and in printed in black. Other colour inks can be used for the printed number at extra cost.
Punching and Perforating
2 or 4 hole punching is available at an extra charge. Punching with 2 or 4 holes to perfectly match standard binding devices or we can punch in different locations on the sheet to your specifications. This is charged extra usually £20 for the first 1,000 sets and then £15 for additional 1,000 sets. Additional perforation lines can be added to the books for uses such as a return tear off section please contact us for prices and information.

Plain Label Delivery
All our printing can be supplied in plain label packaging. There will be no reference to eColourPrint on the parcels or delivery notes. Ideal for designers, printers and other trade suppliers, we can send your order directly to your customer with full online tracking.
VAT
NCR books are plus VAT at the current UK rate.
Artwork
We accept ‘Print Ready’ PDF or JPG files converted to CMYK. You can convert/export to these file formats in most software programmes. If your artwork bleeds off the edges allow at least 3mm extra to the size of the design for us to cut back to. Design and Artwork Service
If required, our graphic designers can design your artwork for you. Your NCR books are professionally designed by our in-house graphics team who transform your ideas in to a high impact visual image that makes your NCR books stand out from the competition. We charge extra for this service because we do not just put "text on paper" which others offer in their "Free design service" - there is a difference!
