Foamex Boards

Foamex signs are a great form of rigid signage at a cost won’t break the bank. High quality printed with UV stable, waterproof inks for all year weather protection. Our foamex signs and advertising boards look fantastic indoors or out, and will last for years. Foamex Signs are the perfect for many solutions, with their durable nature they are sure to last. Foamex (or Forex) is made from PVC foam and has a high quality smooth finish. This high quality board can be used for many sign purposes such as advertising, directions, warnings, notices, site safety etc. If you require a different size board, quantity or any specific finish, eg. Although the maximum board size is 2.4m × 1.2m (approx. just under 8ft × 4ft) multiple boards can be printed and easily placed side-by-side to increase the image area.
As the Foamex is lightweight, it can be easily installed with adhesive or strong double-sided tape as well as having the durability to be screwed straight through.
As with any foam-based products, please be aware of possible expansion in heated conditions and direct sunlight, standard product tolerance is expansion of up to 5mm per linear metre

Material
Foamex (or Forex) is made from PVC foam and has a high quality smooth finish. We use the best quality Foamex Board available in 3mm and 5mm. Printed Vinyl is mounted to the board, we do not print direct onto board.

Printing
Full colour Foamex (or Forex) boards are printed 1-side with UV stable and waterproof inks. They have a long non fade ability and are scratch resistent.

Delivery
Signs and Boards on our standard, free delivery service are printed and despatched within 5 working days of proof approval. Then delivered next working day via our reliable courier. Click here for the full, updated delivery details.

Need these faster, no problem. Use our Express Service and we will despatch your boards within 1-2 working days from proof approval on next day delivery to your door.

Plain Label
All our printing can be supplied in plain label packaging. There will be no reference to eColourPrint on the parcels or delivery notes. Ideal for designers, printers and other trade suppliers, we can send your order directly to your customer with full online tracking.

VAT
Foamex Boards are plus VAT at the current UK rate.

Artwork
We accept ‘Print Ready’ PDF or JPG files converted to CMYK. You can convert/export to these file formats in most software programmes. If your artwork bleeds off the edges allow at least 3mm extra to the size of the design for us to cut back to. Design and Artwork Service
If required, our graphic designers can design your artwork for you. Your boards are professionally designed by our in-house graphics team who transform your ideas in to a high impact visual image that makes your semi gloss posters stand out from the competition. We charge extra for this service because we do not just put "text on paper" which others offer in their "Free design service" - there is a difference!
