A3 NCR sets are printed with your bespoke company details to your specifications. Designed to contain all the information required to complete the form for your own induvidual company requirements. Pads are used by companies for invoices, delivery notes, garage repairs, waste collections, contracts and many other uses where you require proof of receipt and multiple copies. Printed using self carbonising NCR paper, the 2nd and 3rd sheet produce instant copy of the top sheet without the need for carbon paper. The NCR A3 sets are printed 1 or 2-sided, you can include your terms and conditions on the reverse. NCR sets can be printed single or full colour at no extra cost. Each set can have a unique number andywhere on the sheet in any size or font style. Punching, perforating is available please contact us for prices.

We have already checked the prices other printers charge for this product. We know it can be confusing comparing like for like when it comes to printed items. So we have searched online and found the average price other printing companies charge and compared the exact same product to ours. These prices are correct as at 16.10.24.

A3 (420mm x 297mm)

Material
We use 80gms self carbonising paper for our NCR products. This is available in white, green, blue, pink and yellow, also available is a 170gms card. NCR pads contain 50 sets per pad.
Numbering
NCR sets can be sequentially numbered anywhere on the sheet. The number can start at any number and in printed in black. Other colour for the printed number are available and cost extra.
Punching and Perforating
2 or 4 hole punching and perforating is available at an extra charge. Punching with 2 or 4 holes to perfectly match standard binding devices or we can punch in different locations on the sheet to your specifications. This is charged extra usually £20 for the first 1,000 sets and then £15 for additional 1,000 sets. Perforating is also available where you can have a tear off section on the sheet for such as reply forms.
Delivery
NCR pads are despatched within 4-5 working days of proof approval. Delivered next working day by Parcelforce 24 or DPD Next Day..
Express Service
Need these NCR pads faster, no problem. Use our Express Service and we will despatch your NCR multi part trade priced pads within 1-2 working days from proof approval on next day delivery to your door.
Plain Label Delivery
All our printing can be supplied in plain label packaging. There will be no reference to eColourPrint on the parcels or delivery notes. Ideal for designers, printers and other trade suppliers, we can send your order directly to your customer with full online tracking.
VAT
NCR books, pads and sets are plus VAT at the current UK rate.
Artwork
We accept ‘Print Ready’ PDF or JPG files converted to CMYK. You can convert/export to these file formats in most software programmes. If your artwork bleeds off the edges allow at least 3mm extra to the size of the design for us to cut back to. Design and Artwork Service
If required, our graphic designers can design your artwork for you. Your NCR pads are professionally designed by our in-house graphics team who transform your ideas in to a high impact visual image that makes your NCR pads stand out from the competition. We charge extra for this service because we do not just put "text on paper" which others offer in their "Free design service" - there is a difference!
