Delivery

Plain Label
All our printing can be supplied in plain label packaging (upon request). There will be no reference to eColourPrint on the parcels or delivery notes. Ideal for designers, printers and other trade suppliers, we can send your order directly to your customer with full online tracking.
VAT
Canvases are plus VAT at UK standard rate.
Artwork
We accept ‘Print Ready’ PDF or JPG files converted to CMYK. You can convert/export to these file formats in most software programmes. If your artwork bleeds off the edges allow at least 3mm extra to the size of the design for us to cut back to. You can find help on how to supply your files on our website under the tab Supplying Artwork.
To acheive good quality your JPG file size should be at least:
250kb For Canvas Sizes A6, A5, A4
500kb For Canvas Sizes A3, A2, A1
1500kb For Canvas Size A0
Design and Artwork Service
If required, our graphic designers can design your artwork for you. Your canvases are professionally designed by our in-house graphics team who transform your ideas in to a high impact visual image that makes your canvas stand out from the competition. We charge extra for this service because we do not just put "text on paper" which others offer in their "Free design service" - there is a difference!
