Available in various sizes including A5, A4 and A3 all business forms are printed in full colour on both sides and then folded to your requirements, either with a ½ fold, ¼ fold or cross folded ready for distribution. Business forms are litho printed meaning they are laser guaranteed and you can print over them using your own printers without any issues.
Folded business forms are printed on 100gms FSC bond paper. Any combination of colours, logos and images can be used to personalise the forms.

The above sizes are flat size before any folding.
Material
100gms white bond paper. This is "A" grade stock and fully FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified which means when you order from us you can be certain you are not harming the earth's resources.
Folding
Printed 2-sided as standard.
Folded to 1/2 or 1/3. This is the standard fold that you would normally see on most leaflets.
Cross Folded - This is as the standard fold but with an additional cross fold. Enabling you to fold for example A3 to A5.
Delivery
Leaflets are despatched within 4-5 working days of proof approval. Delivered next working day by Parcelforce 24.
Express Service
Need these folded forms faster, no problem. Use our Express Service and we will despatch your folded forms within 1-3 working days from proof approval on next day delivery to your door.
VAT
Leaflets are VAT zero rated. If the leaflets have reply forms, competition forms etc. incorporated VAT will need to be added.
Artwork
We accept ‘Print Ready’ PDF or JPG files converted to CMYK. You can convert/export to these file formats in most software programmes. If your artwork bleeds off the edges allow at least 3mm extra to the size of the design for us to cut back to. Design and Artwork Service
If required, our graphic designers can design your artwork for you. Your folded business forms are professionally designed by our in-house graphics team who transform your ideas in to a high impact visual image that makes your folded business forms stand out from the competition. We charge extra for this service because we do not just put "text on paper" which others offer in their "Free design service" - there is a difference!
