Envelopes are available in one or full colours using high quality 110gms "A" grade bond envelopes. We do not charge the normal expensive set-up charges that others do, we print these on litho presses so you know the quality is great. Our printed envelopes are laser guaranteed meaning you can print your addresses over them without the worry of the ink marking. Business envelopes are available printed on either one or both sides in DL, C5 and C4 other sizes are available.

Printed envelope are printed in full colour printed with any details you require. Using 100gms envelopes improve your correspondance material by using pre-printed envelopes that totally match your other stationery.

Material
100gms white "A" grade envelopes. You choose either with or without windows, they are both the same price. This stock is fully FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified which means when you order from us you can be certain you are not harming the earth's resources. Printed envelopes are printed in full colour on 100gsm peel & seal quality. C5 & C4 envelopes are only available in pocket style (opening on the short edge)
Envelope Artwork design
We require a white, unprinted, area of 10mm on ever side of the envelopes. Because we print on pre-made envelopes the printing must be at least 10mm away for the outer edges of the envelopes due to the printing process and machine gripper requirements.
Delivery
Despatched within 5 working days of proof approval. Delivered next working day by Parcelforce 24.
Express Service
Need these printed envelopes faster, no problem. Use our Express Service and we will despatch your printed envelopes within 1-2 working days from proof approval on next day delivery to your door.
Plain Label
All our printing can be supplied in plain label packaging. There will be no reference to eColourPrint on the on the parcels or delivery notes. Ideal for designers, printers and other trade suppliers, we can send your order directly to your customer.
VAT
Envelopes are plus VAT at the current UK rate.
Artwork
We accept ‘Print Ready’ PDF or JPG files converted to CMYK. You can convert/export to these file formats in most software programmes. If your artwork bleeds off the edges allow at least 3mm extra to the size of the design for us to cut back to. Design and Artwork Service
If required, our graphic designers can design your artwork for you. Your envelopes are professionally designed by our in-house graphics team who transform your ideas in to a high impact visual image that makes your envelopes stand out from the competition. We charge extra for this service because we do not just put "text on paper" which others offer in their "Free design service" - there is a difference!
